I don't think I've ever seen one of these threads any where but it seems like a good idea right now.
Was just wondering what make/model laptop you have and what you think of it, mini review, score out of 5 or 10, etc.
I did have a Compaq but was a bit old and etc, not easy for me to use at times. But as of yesterday, I have an Advent 4211
.
I was worried about getting used to the size and screen, but I think I've gotten used to it. I think it's so cute, and love how everything is perfectly proportioned on the screen, most apps also look cute because they're small....is it obvious I'm a girl? Lol.
The keyboards also really nice to use compared to other netbooks available that I looked at. Also better specs imo for a bit extra.
Also having loads of fun with the built in camera and software.

I've got an Asus G1S and an HP 2133
The asis g1s was about £1300 when I got it last summer but it's come down a bit in price. It's a good laptop but was more expensive than others because it had the latest grahics card on it but. Since getting a ps3 ive not played games on it though.
Unfortunately its been overheating a lot recently. I tried to clear the dust out of the fans but it's still happening so ill probably have to update the drivers and bios etc.
My Current Setup
Gaming : PS3 (upgraded HD to 320GB : PS3 Username=SeargentBigSacs), PS2, Wii, PSP, DS Computing : Apple 27" iMac, Asus G1S, HP 2133, Asus N10J Mobile : Blackberry Bold 9700 (Previously HTC Hero, Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia 8800 Sirocco) Audio : Apple Touch, Zune, Sony 2GB stick TV : 32" Samsung LCD
I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 which has been good to me and lasted a long time. I'd say it's a 7/10. It is getting a bit old now though so I want a new one which is faster but not got the money!
I have a couple of laptops - they are all toshiba!
one of them is a p2 233 mhz with 64 meg of ram! I use it as a linux fileserver and internal website testing machine. I have another thats a 1.6Ghz p4 with a gig of ram - my mum uses it just now to browse the internet, I also use that machine with my keyboards to play in a band. I have another toshiba laptop - dual core p4 with 2 gig of ram - its more of a gaming laptop, and i have a dual core 3.4ghz p4 with 4 gig ram desktop machine which I use to mix and master music on =)
