I hate waking up when I haven't slept enough. Last night I only had about 3 hours of sleep or so.
I was surprised that I managed to wake up before my alarm went off..However, throughout the day I've been rather tired, and it's frustrating at times. Anyone else have a sleepy story to tell?
Generally people need eight hours sleep in the night. Below are some ways to get good nights slip
- Switch off your computer,television or any musical systems.
- Read good book before we are sleeping
- Take a hot bath
- Switch off your rooms lights.
