Wasn't this rumoured a while ago? It seems to ring a familiar bell with me.
Thing is, if they're not tech savy, I wanna know why they need the router anyway lol.
Nintendo releasing Router for Wii and DS
Nintendo are soon releasing a router in japan. Using the usual nintendo white color scheme it can act as a router or as a bridge with another router.
I was struggling to think of a reason why anyone would buy this over a regular router but I quickly remembered many Wii users are not regular gamers and many are not tech savvy so there's definately a market for it. Priced at ¥5,800 ($53 US/£30 UK) I'm sure many will snap it up.
