Portal Prelude

A trailer for the upcoming Portal Prelude, an unofficial prequal to Portal, was posted yesterday on the official site (http://www.portalprelude.com/2008/09/day-one-trailer.php).

8 months in the making, the game looks the same as the original however apparantly the game is much bigger. According to Kotaku (http://kotaku.com/5051178/prelude-proves-portal-is-still-alive) it has 8 new chapters, 19 test chambers, a new plot and over 400 lines of dialogue.

The original Portal was one of the shortest yet best games to be released in the last few years so expectations are high.

Wow looks good! I want to complete Portal first, it's really irritating me that I couldn't get past a level. I can remember the room and can't get it out of my head lol

What was the level? I've completed the game so I might be able to remember it, or at least put you in the right direction.

I've never actually played it :o.
Although I have of course heard lots of good things about it :D.
I have got it for the 360 though so I'll give it a go when I'm not playing CoD or Halo or Unreal.

No doubt I'll be hearing loads more about this, so I should prepare ;) (any excuse to game :p)

Umm...I have it too and Ive only played Portal a couple of times :o. I was way too obsessed with Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 at the time though so it got pushed away. Second game looks cool.

Yeah that happens with me. I think I bought Orange Box around the same time as CoD4 and Assassins Creed, so I spent 90% of the time on COD4 and 9% on AC, and 1% playing one of the games on it lol.
