Sony enters the netbook race with the Sony Vaio VGN P500

Sony now have their first book listed on their sonystyle website. Starting from $899, the P500 looks set to be one of the coolest netbooks out in 2009.

It boasts a 1.33GHz processor, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM, 8.0" Screen with 1600 x 768 Resolution, vista and 4 hours battery life with a standard battery and 8 hours with an extended battery.

It also has wireless n, 3G (integrated mobile broadband) and a gps!

I still love my hp 2133 but when I do get a new netbook, this looks like one which will strongly be considered.
